Especily a company like Gluten Grain Free who have been bringing out a whole bunch of new stuff!
I'm sure youre all aware of the flours that are currently available such as Amaranth and Quinoa flour.
However, we've recently brought in some more flours. As well as the Amaranth and Quinoa flour, we also sell potato, tapioca and buckwheat flour.
We've also brought in buckwheat kurnels, Quinoa seed and dun dun dun duuuunnnnn..... BUCKWHEAT PANCAKE MIX (in a shaker bottle for your convenience)
On top of all this, we have moved up to the central coast, we still deliver all over but the central coast NSW is now our home!
Yes, things have been rather busy here at Gluten Grain Free!
now to the good stuff!! as you're well aware, i LOVE my junk food and this includes cakes, which i know most if you out there with coeliacs and gluten intolerances find it hard to find ones that are worth the second bite... well let me tell you, thanks to my amazing mother and her cooking skills (with a little bit of help from google) combined with Leah's (Gluten Grain Free CEO) Quinoa and Amaranth flour i have found the most amazing mixed berry muffins you will ever eat!!!
I'm not lying.. I tested it with my friends, they were a hit! people were genuinely surprised that it was gluten free!
They are the perfect
combination of sweet and savoury, they melt in your mouth and you can eat several without that *ugh* feeling.. (GGF takes no reaponsibility for the addiction to any such muffins).
Where can i learn to make such wonderf muffins you ask?
Right here on this blog.......... just as soon as i get the recipe from my mother ;-)
